Over My Shoulder
The water of the shower was hot, just the way she liked it. It sluiced down her body and she began to relax as the demons of the day melted away. She soaped her body and stepped back under the spray. As she washed the soap from her body she thought she heard something move outside the shower curtain. She peeked out and saw nothing. She went back to her rinsing. She shampooed her hair and was applying the conditioner when she heard a slight shuffling once again outside the curtain. A shadow passed by the curtain and she squeaked and pressed herself to the wall of the shower. Her breathing became labored as fear swept through her body. She waited. No more sounds or shadows. She rinsed her hair, turned off the water and weakly reached outside the curtain to grab her towel from the rod. She wrapped it around herself and ripped open the shower curtain. The bathroom was empty.
She laughed to herself - how silly she was. She stepped onto the bath mat and took another towel to wrap her hair. Then she dried herself and put on her robe. The mirror was fogged over from the heat of the shower and she wiped it clear. She took the hair towel and began rubbing her hair dry. She bent over and threw her hair over to dry the underneath. As she straightened and looked in the mirror it was there. Looking over her shoulder - something that was not behind her in the room, but behind her in the mirror.....a face - a mean looking scowl - it was there, but not there... She screamed and crumpled to the floor in a faint.

Wow. That one is a creepy one. I can put myself in that scenario and CHILLS!
Creepy is what I like to go for. Have you ever been in the shower & thought you heard something in the room with you? It happened to me this morning & the story popped into my head. My noise turned out to be my car, Ghost who snuck into the room without me noticing - terrified me when he jumped into the shower with me.
The noises in the bathroom when I'm showering is my husband peeking in at me, or my cat scratching on the door, or my dog pushing the door with his snout.
We haven't had a spirit in this house in quite a while. They've moved on and that's okay.
I hear strange noises in my house all the time, especially when I'm in the shower
