Before the advent of widespread mail-in voting, buying votes was illegal in the United States.  Paying people to vote really is considered an attempt to rig an election.

Mail-in voting really has opened the door for all sorts of shenanigans that used to be frowned upon.  But sham certifications endorse these practices so it's all good.

10/10/24 -- Cards Against Humanity is jumping into the 2024 White House election by offering to pay blue-leaning nonvoters in swing states to create a plan to vote.

The company behind the popular card game rolled out a website Tuesday to encourage people who did not cast ballots in the 2020 election to vote this November. It is looking to pay some battleground state voters up to $100. The payment could be received if the eligible voter writes an apology for not casting a ballot in 2020, makes a voting plan and posts "Donald Trump is a human toilet" on social media.

The company is also selling a $7.99 card game pack inspired by the 2024 general election contest. It said the money would go to its super PAC, Cards Against Humanity PAC. The outside group was registered Aug. 5, according to Federal Election Commission filings.

Prospective voters around the country can get the payment, but the largest payout would be given to residents of seven swing states: Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, according to the company.

Cards Against Humanity said 1,767 nonvoters have "apologized" so far. Participants don't need to provide proof of voting, according to the terms. The card's website said it is "exploiting a legal loophole."

The voting initiative comes just days after America PAC, which is funded by tech billionaire Elon Musk, started asking Americans to sign a petition in support of the First and Second Amendments and then offering backers $47 for every other registered voter they get to sign the petition in battleground states.

Cards Against Humanity is also suing Musk for $15 million for allegedly destroying the company's land in Texas. It has supported Democrats in past election cycles, creating an expansion pack in 2018 to boost Democrats in the midterm elections.

"Cards Against Humanity really helped Hillary Clinton last time around. We have the support of tens of millions of Americans who want to restore a prosperous economy and secure border. Kamala has the backing of irrelevant card games," Karoline Leavitt, Trump campaign's press secretary, said in a statement to The Hill.

Is there any surprise that this company, Cards for Humanity, is boasting about having really helped Hillary Clinton?

Nothing to see here, these are not the droids you are looking for, move along.

Disgusting, unamerican bottom dwellers.    Sad part is, there are people here who probably fully support garbage like this.

Sad, very sad.
