The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday ordered that Stormy Daniels pay an additional $121,972.56 to former President Donald Trump to cover legal fees stemming from her suit against him.

"The court awarded attorneys' fees to appellee Donald J. Trump under the Texas Citizens Participation Act," reads the order. "The court referred to the appellate commissioner the determination of an appropriate amount." Trump had requested the exact amount the court awarded for 183.35 hours of work by Harder LLP and the Dhillon Law Group.

Trump's son Eric announced the order via Twitter, saying "BREAKING!!! the 9th Circuit just awarded Trump $121,962.56 in attorney fees from Stormy Daniels. Order just released. This in addition to the roughly $500k she already owes him."

The Ninth Circuit has previously ordered that Daniels pay more than $530,000 to Trump stemming from the suit. The court, in separate determinations, ordered that Daniels pay Trump over $292,000 and $245,209.67 to cover Trump's costs. Collectively, Daniels now owes Trump nearly $700,000.

The latest order comes the same day that Trump surrendered himself to New York authorities to face arraignment in connection with Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's case involving a 2016 payment that Trump's then-personal attorney, Michael Cohen, paid to Daniels. He has pleaded not guilty to 34 counts.

Daniels now owes Trump nearly $700,000.

And people still want to take her seriously.

Isn't it ironic?  On the same day that Alvin Bragg presented his ridiculous indictment!

One has to wonder how much, if any, weight this will carry over to the NY case

I am sure the TDS driven judge assigned to the case; and whatever TDS driven jury they cobble together- will ignore the fact that Trump was the victim.

Stormy blackmailed Trump; and instead of just shutting up and taking the money like she agreed to with the NDA- she allowed herself to be used by Democrats in their get Trump at all costs ploys.

How many more times does she have to state that nothing happened between her and Trump now?

Braggs key witnesses are a blackmailing porn star; and Cohen a convicted perjurer.

Yet it is beyond a shadow of a doubt that the judge and and whatever jury is chosen will move to convict.

It is NY after all- they have a reputation to uphold as a leftist self serving bastion of stupidity.

It does put the indictment into question.  Not like it already wasn't in question.

Looks like Stormy will have to go back to work.
