The resistance is growing!  Job Creators Network is a small business association on the front lines of the fight to preserve capitalism from socialism and big government crony capitalism put out by the Brandon regime.  They have also been leading the way in the fight against Bidens oppressive mandates against business and employees. JCN has been at the forefront of the all out war waged against blue cities and states regarding reopening, ending mandates, and breaking their backs where ever even if it means yanking key companies and critical employees out of blue places and into red ones over those issues.  Bidens mandate has lost and the loser knows it!

The president and CEO of the Job Creators Network (JCN), Alfredo Ortiz, said in a press release on Monday that the Biden Administration "smells defeat" in its recent employer vaccine mandate.

JCN is a powerful small business lobby organization founded by Bernard Marcus, the co-founder and former CEO of Home Depot, in June 2011.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rule called out by Ortiz was recently blocked temporarily by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, citing that the petitioners "give cause to believe there are grave statutory and constitutional issues with the Mandate," according to CNN .

Ortiz encouraged small businesses to follow the court's temporary stay and not be threatened by the administration's attempts to work around it.

"The Biden administration signals that it smells defeat on its illegal vaccine mandate by urging businesses to comply with it despite a federal court freeze. By encouraging businesses to continue implementing vaccine rules for their employees, the Biden administration must be worried about losing and is trying to get as many employers to comply before its ultimate demise." Ortiz said in the statement.

Ortiz believes the lawsuit will result in a victory for those opposed to the vaccine mandates and said in the statement that he seeks to "turn this vaccine mandate temporary stay into a permanent block."

The latest statement comes after the small business advocacy group announced Nov. 4, via its website , that it was filing a lawsuit in the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals against the Biden administration to block the implementation of its vaccine mandate on small businesses.

The lawsuit fact sheet released alongside the Nov. 4 announcement details some notable names involved with the petition on behalf of the organization.

"JCN and its members are represented by Boyden Gray and Associates, a law and strategy firm founded by Ambassador C. Boyden Gray, formerly White House Counsel to President George H.W. Bush. The legal team is led by Jonathan Berry, former head of rulemaking for the U.S. Department of Labor (OSHA's parent agency), and R. Trent McCotter, former Deputy Associate Attorney General of the United States."

Last month, JCN erected a billboard in Times Square targeting the Biden administration's controversial OSHA rule, per Breitbart .

They are only in force in blue cities, counties, and states. In red places they are virtually non existent.  And with this court stay, it’s going to stay that way.

New Data Shows California’s COVID Rate Now TWICE That Of Florida; Mainstream Media Silent

by Eric Thompson about 9 hours ago

As someone who lives in California, the stress and toll the fascist leadership out of Sacramento has taken on the people of the Golden State, are immeasurable.

Hundreds of businesses in the Fresno area where I reside have closed or significantly scaled back over the past 18 months. We have some of the worst-performing public schools and violent crime and domestic abuse crimes also increased during the prolonged mask-wearing and at times locked down central valley city.

Unlike Florida, our state has kept us in masks, and last month Governor Newsome tried to take credit for our infection rate dropping. Not too fast sparky, California’s numbers are on the way back up, while unmasked Florida’s are not.

COVID-19 cases are not falling in California anymore. They have climbed back up to the CDC’s blood-red “high” level of virus transmission as the highly contagious delta variant continues to wreak havoc.

But Southern states such as Texas and Florida – where state leaders do not enforce face mask policies or support other strict mandates – are in the CDC’s orange “substantial” transmission level.

California’s vaccination rate is higher than states such as Texas and Florida, but that still hasn’t stopped the outbreaks. Sixty-two percent of California’s total population is fully vaccinated, while Florida reports 60% and Texas 54%.

As reported by the Tampa Bay Times

“There are early indications that the decline in the delta surge at the national level in the U.S. has ended,” said Ali H. Mokdad, professor of health metrics sciences at the University of Washington, which runs a widely followed model projecting the course of the pandemic. Currently, 19 states have increasing transmission, including several such as California “that had previously appeared to have been declining.”

So why aren’t Golden Staters reaping more reward for their adherence to health guidance while the virus gives freewheeling Dixie a break?

“You’re paying for your success, which is weird,” Mokdad said. “You succeed in controlling the virus, and now you’re having infections.”

Florida, meanwhile, hit another new benchmark last week. The first hospital in the state to treat a COVID patient last year, Doctor’s Hospital, announced that for the first time since the pandemic, it has no virus patients in its care.

“This is great news! For two weeks and counting, Florida has had the lowest rate of new COVID-19 cases in the entire country – with no mandates, vaccine passports, or lockdowns. Overall, COVID hospitalizations have been declining for more than 70 days straight, and we’re at an all-time low in terms of the number of COVID patients hospitalized statewide,” Gov. Ron DeSantis’ press secretary, Christina Pushaw, told Fox News on Monday when asked for comment about Doctor’s Hospital in Sarasota.

Come on America, let’s ALL follow the science, the data, and nationally get back to living as free people again.

EPIC: Vermont GOP to hold “Let’s Go Brandon” Rally in the City of Brandon

by Will about 22 hours ago updated about 22 hours ago

Team “Let’s Go Brandon” is winning ever more noticeable PR victories against the incompetent apparatchiks in the Biden Administration, using memes and jokes to highlight the many failings of the Biden regime.

The newest PR win is that the Vermont GOP is, hilariously, hosting a “Let’s Go Brandon” rally in…wait for it…the town of Brandon. Here’s what the Vermont GOP Chain, himself from Brandon, announced in a statement :….

Where are all those who were bashing Florida and praising California on the issue now.  Just like the mainstream media, total silence now that their script has been flipped on them.

Read an article concerning deaths in the UK, comparing vaccinated to non-vaccinated. Per the article, 70% of the deaths are now occurring in the vaccinated population, 30% in the non-vaccinated or partially vaccinated. But don't worry, those numbers, according to the author, and the folks the author was sourcing, 70% is a good number, because 77% of the population is vaccinated. I guess if the vaccines did not work at all, 77% of deaths would be vaccinated people? Shit!

We are talking mandating something you have to use "Anchorman" math to justify. But people apparently buy this shit. How long are we going to accept the smoke in the ass? The vaccine works, you just need it, at a minimum, every 6 months. Won't be long before they claim the interval is shorter than that. This is the cow that never runs out of milk. They have already admitted that the vaccine doesn't stop the spread, but claim that it may reduce the effects. I don't see that in the UK data, not even remotely.

More smoke up the ass...higher prices, empty shelves, etc.? All good things you dumbasses, and all part of Biden's plan.

The vaccine is more like getting a therapeutic treatment ahead of time than an actual traditional vaccine.  Soon Merck and Pfizer will have oral treatments as effective as the vaccine.
