A number of years ago this fawn was born in my back yard and within his first footsteps in life, found shelter in an old washtub I saved from my father's house after he had passed - still a good image!

Much appreciated.  Creative Arts Weekend is pretty much the only article about the arts that has any life span on the Front (Home) Page.

I, and I know others as well, have always enjoyed and appreciated your photo of the fawn in the washtub.

Possums love fruit trees pears, apricots and especially apples...and Rose Bushes if you have a Brushie around you can kiss them goodbye...they love the rosebuds can mow off a couple of bushes a night..as my sister in law found out..

Couldn't work out what was eating them till my brother pointed out it was a Brushie..umm there were a few unprintable words said in Ukraine and can we get rid of it..

My brother said nope they are protected..she was not a happy Vegemite..😁😁

I don't really have any animal pics. Is a fish an animal?  Haha

I need to get out in nature more.

I showed some pics from our aquarium. I think I showed just kinda closeups of some of the fish. This pic shows a lot of the big tank. Can see more of the size of it.

For the frogs, the predators are birds, snakes mostly. the little frogs will sometime get on the screens of the lanai and join the local lizards that we have.

The ones on your mom's back porch may be Tree Frogs.

A tree frog is any species of frog that spends a major portion of its lifespan in trees, known as an arboreal state. Several lineages of frogs among the Neobatrachia suborder have given rise to treefrogs, although they are not closely

The good news is that if you're aware that you're forgetting things, it means you still haven't succumbed to the realm of the living dead.  However, my favourite experience of forgetfulness was when I couldn't find my glasses and asked my wife if she'd seen them - she told me "You're WEARING them."
