My bird photography isn't quite so unique:

This was a painting I photographed.
Amazing photos, both the article and yours, Buzz.
Those separated lovebirds can break your heart.
What kind of bird is that? Is it your photo, and if so where did you take it, a tropical country?
Arvo...that is a rainbow lorikeet.. it's an Aussie bird..I get them here.. noisy little buggars but so colourful..
Not my photo..
If it's noisy, maybe you can teach one to talk. "Polly wants a cracker"
Nah..galahs and cockatoos are the ones that talk..
Not my photos..
Galah..
Cockatoo

As Shona says it is a lorikeet and I ran into him in the Cleveland Zoo.
I would love to meet him and many of the others shown here in the wild.
If you DO one day go into the wild, be careful about what you might come across that's bigger than birds.
Very good advice, I spent a little time in Manaus, Brazil up on the Amazon and it is amazing some of the beauty and danger that you can encounter very close to the city
Morning...
Or you can come here and take photos...we have great bird life..
It's perfectly safe out in the bush.. don't believe anything Devangy says..
You would be most welcome...
Said the spider to the fly..
I guess the spider's name wasn't Charlotte.
Bird photography is one of my favorite subjects. You guys have all seen my photos over the years.
Yep, and fish tanks too.
Keepin' the birds safe in our neighborhood - ruff job, but somebody's gotta do it.
Need a bigger bed, eh?
Yeah, that cat's got to go.
Morning...what a perfect bed..
Can't get any better than that..
Furry purrys and woofers...
Where have I heard this line before? "We need a bigger bed."
