"Spiritual Light" symbolizes divine presence, truth, knowledge, and guidance. Whether or not it verifies or validates an actual divine presence is speculative, but empirically, it's a pretty safe assertion.

Lighten up.
got a light?
Not an easy thing to do these days.
Pretty amazing. Calligraphy is considered a form of art here.
Thanks. I know that calligraphy is a form of art. It is beautiful. That is why I have been incorporating ancient calligraphy where I think it is fitting in some of my work.
The calligraphy I used here is about 1,000 years old, although it is considered to be an excellent copy of a piece created almost 700 years earlier.
The artwork, however, is mine, as is the stamp in the lower left corner, which was given to me by my teacher when I took a course in Chinese brush painting 43 years ago.
Aha!!! You took a course in Chinese brush painting - no wonder your works are so artistic, and in many cases resemble traditional Chinese art.
I'd like to live long enough to hear stories about people that have had asian symbols tattooed on their bodies, only to find out later they don't mean anything close to what the wearers were told they meant, and then hopefully with some self deprecating or demeaning phrases ...

A very scrollable image.
Thanks, Buzz.
Here is another from that same evening

I must say, it looks a lot brighter on my 43 inch screen
What does the "POSTED" sign say?

I call them "Adirondack Welcome Signs" because around here, that is the first thing that people who buy property will put on their land. Kind of a visual cue that someone from out of area or out of state, certainly from outside the cultural milieu of the Adirondacks, has decreased the essence of the Adirondack Park and will be building a McMansion or Air B+B so they can enjoy their imported version of what the park is.
Luckily, they are totally ignored by wildlife.
Bet it would be a lot more effective if it read: "TRESPASSERS WILL BE SHOT".

Behold the rainbow eucalyptus (Eucalyptus deglupta). I took this photo in Hawaii.
I believe that is the first time that I have ever seen the particular tree. Very nice and thank you.
Another scrollable photo. LOL.
I use my phone for everything, and it just formats to fit on my screen. Not sure why it comes up so large for others, but if I use any size other than “original” my photos lose huge amounts of detail.
AS it happens, your photo was actually too big for the page, some of the right side of it was lost so I have to admit that I adjusted it so that width-wise the photo fit the page. If you wish I'll do that for you every time you post a photo that runs off the page.
Funny thing is that doing so ends up distorting the photo on my screen to be stretched out vertically. On my phone the photo now looks like this:
When it started out looking like this:
I guess phones and pcs just formats images differently.
I always use "original" when I post an image for the same reason, but then I have to modify it to fit on here. I only post and modify images using my computer. When I look at a modified image later on my phone it is always distorted.
I love bumble bees. I call them the C-5s of the bee world since they are large and move slowly
Nice!
Having been given the nickname "Buzzy" by my mother when I was 4 years old, I have always felt an affinity with bumble bees, and I like your photo.
Morning... nothing like an early wake up call by the cat chucking up on the floor...ahh the joys..
It was such a nice morning here the other day I sat outside and had my coffee under the pergola..the grape vine is just stating to change colour for autumn and we are in drought at the moment...the bird bath is in regular use and no sign of rain at all. Yet Qld and the outback are flooded..
My backyard..
A very pleasant setting
In which to be sitting.
... a lovely oz oasis.
Arvo... actually we could be in deep do do...we have not had decent rain for months and it is extremely dry..
Across the border in South Australia the pine trees are dieing from lack of water...
There is little feed in the paddocks and that is extremely unusual for us.. apparently going by locals last time this happened was around 60 odd years ago...
Today it is hitting 29c with a north wind from the Outback.. yet they are in flood, as is alot of Qld...the flood waters in the Outback are bigger than the State of Texas and it is slowly working it's way down through rivers, creeks and billabongs that haven't seen rain for years...
Some towns will be cut off for months the roads and tracks are impassable...
But as always with mother nature she takes with one hand but gives with the other...in a few weeks the land will be covered in grass and plants that only emerge after a certain amount of rainfall...
Then in the coming months/years everything will once again return to dust and Spinifex, heat and flies...and red dirt...

... ugh, don't you hate it when others discover your secret fishing spot ...
going to my secret spot in the rockies would make me subject to arrest by the county, the railroad, and DHS ...
“Red sky at night, sailor’s delight. Red sky in morning, sailor’s warning”
The infamous camel ride for a hour and a half across the out back. Red, was on this lead camel with our great grand son, Will.
And here is the dynamic duo in their full glory.
I'm really glad you had such a great trip.
Thanks, G.
Evening...looks like you had a great time...just as well you went when you did as the Outback could get quite soggy soon as the flood waters works its way down south...
It was the perfect time including the weather, around 30C no wind. If I remember correctly there were 18camels each with two riders and my tribe made 10 of the camels.
Kavika's Red of Arabia.
In Australia it is "The Adventures Of Red "Queen Of The Desert"...
very cool.
Thanks to all! Good night until next time.
