Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts Plague Me these Days, so, via My Image-making, I am Trying to "See" and Think Differently (Creative Arts Thursday/Friday)
The darkness, the loop of negative thoughts on repeat, clamors and interferes with the music I hear in my head. _ Lady Gaga
It also f's around with the beautiful imagery that might otherwise regale my mind's eye … thus … I have gone a different way with some of the images I create.*

That is a keeper, Mac. I really like that style. A bit 'futuristic', yet, bright and colorful and very well blended.
FANTASTIC!!! Abstract photography. I love it!
Stay with it Mac. You have friends here and we always appreciate it when you can come.
No new pictures yet. Camera is on backorder. Expected to come in on the seventh.
Thanks, TTGA. I look forward to your photos. I haven't forgotten Levi, so, if he has any additional interests other than trains, trolley cars, etc., let me know and I'll see what I can send.
Right now it's horses, puppies and bunnies, and he seems to enjoy feeding kitty treats to an overfed, underworked cat. Also, riding a bike really fast. He found out last week that making high speed tight turns on a gravel parking lot is not a good idea. Bandage is off his knee now.
Kayakers call this part of the St Louis River "Pinball Alley" in Jay Cooke State Park. These images were taken on Saturday afternoon during a kayak race.
Great phtos EG. I've been on the St. Louis river numerous times...
WoW! Nowt that's a wild ride! Thanks for the photos EG.
Excellent recording of kayaking. Although I had a kayak and enjoyed using it - no rapids for me.
Don't fence me in.
Beautiful wildflowers.
What a beautiful field of wild flowers! They look like they are trying to burst through the fence!
Looks like Cosmos Flowers … nice shot, great leading lines drawing the viewer in!
Great example of the combination of nature with man-made. Excellent leading lines.
Great color and composition, the frame is fresh, imaginative and works perfectly overall.
I agree. The frame is outstanding in its own right.
Thank you Mac. I wanted to try to enhance the feathering of the bird in flight as well as the Spirit of the subject.
Thanks Kavika. The capture of the drum and the Spirit of the bird in flight was my aim.
There aren't enough superlatives to apply to your artistic creativity.
I'm glad that you like it Buzz. I appreciate your kind words.
ME TOO!
Maybe here they will be seen by somebody.
Here is an old creation I did when I was first starting to dabble with creating such images;
I used a wood burl for the background which seemed to work well with the primary image. But I've learned a a few new techniques since then.
