Because Chongqing (at least in a rural area where my wife grew up on the family farm) is my wife's home town it is where we have settled down after having lived in Zhengzhou in Henan Province and, Chengdu in Sichuan Province. It was the home of the Flying Tigers and the American base in China during WW2 known back then as Chunking.
