Today is Lantern Festival in China, marking the end of the Spring Festival.  Once again I will be enjoying a special festive lunch including tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls stuffed with black sesame).  DELICIOUS!!!  Wish I could share them with all of you.

Although mine will be plain coloured as shown above, they have been known to come in many colours, which is more of a feast for the eyes.

As you can see, the lanterns are magnificent.  How many times have I said that China is a magical land.
