The US economic policies are disapproved by a majority of Americans, as the approval rating of the policies has fallen to 37 percent in a recent poll, according to a report titled Americans sour on Trump's handling of the economy, Reuters/Ipsos poll finds published on Wednesday by Reuters.
About 87 percent of the surveyed 4,306 US adults are concerned about inflation and 86 percent of them are worried about the cost of living, according to the poll conducted between April 16 and 21.
The tariffs on imported goods of the United States have also caused worries of US investors and market turbulence. Two-thirds of the people participating in the poll were worried about the stock market.
A recession is projected to happen this year, according to the report citing JP Morgan, which attributes the main reason to US tariff policies, which caused other countries to retaliate.

And they ain't seen nothin' yet. As Trump said, there will be pain... And amazingly, that WASN'T one of his usual everyday lies.
