It has been said....
It has been said that one does not know China unless they have done at least these three things....
1. Climbed The Great Wall (I did it at Christmas time, and it was REALLY cold)
2. Watched the Peking Opera (I needed ear plugs - I rarely have put up with anything so noisy)
3. Eaten Peking Duck (For those who have not yet tried it - there is a technique one uses to eat it by making a wrap, and it is SO delicious)
Besides doing those three things, I have done and seen so much more in my more than a decade here. So, I guess, I know China.
If there is any interest shown, I will review and repost samples of my photographed experiences in China over the years I've been here.
