Preventative action to avoid getting cataracts and if you have them diet choices to prevent further growth and surgery requirements.
Diet and or in this case just eating healthy can save your eye sight. Were not speaking carrots to eyesight. Don't go blind.

Tnx and a tip of the Swami's turban for this one-- as an old fart w/ onset of cataracts, this is timely news. Don't it somehow figure that a high-carb, greasy fried-food diet w/ plenty of soda pop would fuck up your eyes along w/ everything else? It's goddam un-American, that's what it is!! (Betcha 5 bucks McDonalds introduces 'cataract-healthy' fries b4 the end of 2014.)
