When I click the link I get, ''This page cannot be displayed''.
This one may work.
This one worked.
Here we go again. Doing thing to Mother Earth without any knowledge of what will happen to drinking water.
The ''Halliburton Loophole'', isn't a loophole at all, it's bought and paid for politicians that allow this to go on without proper research.
When I was in the Military I was at a location where I had to make an Electronics repair at 22 below zero. The men in charge of the safety of working and doing the job that required removal of the heavy highly insulated mittens said it was safe even with the wind blowing. I was required to make a solder joint none of the normal soldering irons would generate enough heat to melt the solder. Finally they brought me a body soldering iron for sheet metal and I finished the job. I was aching all over from the cold.
As soon as I completed the jobI radioed the job complete within 30 seconds a response was toget all personnel in out of the weather as skin could receive frostbite in minutes. I had been out in it for aboutan hour and a half. Its all about who wants something done to make the paperwork look good and save somebody's ass. The skin on my hands peeled and some hand swelling which luckily went away. But someone gota pat on the back. By the way I was the only person working out in the weather.
The people in Congress and the Governors seats don't have to worry about any of the polluted water but in this casecreatures of nature and 30,000,000 million people do.
