Imaginative Butterfly Artwork...

..AMac came to mind again when I was going through the Arts section, so there's a chance at least one person here might think this Artist is creative and innovative - the wind of insect wings to sail a ship or power a windmill...

Vladimir Kush (born 1965) is a Russian born surrealist painter and sculptor. He studied at the Surikov Moscow Art Institute , and after several years working as an artist in Moscow, his native city, he emigrated to the United States, eventually establishing his own gallery on the island of Maui in Hawaii . His oil paintings are also sold as gicle prints which contributed to his popularity and led to the establishment of further galleries in Laguna Beach, California and Las Vegas , Nevada . In 2011 Kush won the First Prize in Painting at the Artistes du Monde international exhibition in Cannes .

Hi Loretta! Oh, I'm so happy you liked it, too! Yes, he seems extraordinary with his many ideas and interpretations. I picked up on the butterfly art specifically, but this artist is interpretive in so many ways.

Thank you for commenting!
