A. Mac, is this also one of your works of art???very The signature, although does not say Macarthur, it looks like your style of writing, am I correct?? My dad was an artist, he also had a beautiful style, Old English Calligraphy..very beautiful..thank you..
It is my work; I've indicated several times that I market my images using the family name rather than "A. Macarthur".
The explanation
(a.k.a) "A. Macarthur" a name acquired while I was a technology consultant working with inner-city public school teachers teaching the use of MAC (Apple Macintosh) computers as 'the preferred' tool for student desk-top publishing projects.
After two weeks in the consultant position, teachers were calling me "Mr. Arthur", then "MAC-Man", then "MAC-Arthur and finally, combining my actual first name initial "A" with the Macarthur came the name that stuck ... "A. Macarthur".
My bio (partial as it pertains only to art, photography and publishing)
Retired Newspaper Editor and Professional Educator; Currently a Photographer and Digital Artist. Degrees in Biology and Fine Art/Art History. Published Author - Political Subjects, Photography and Environmental Topics (Print and E-Books).
To avoid confusion, I've re-posted the image with the name "A. Macarthur".
