Fall foliage
As we move into the early fall season the greatest things are the myriad of colors that Mother Natures graces our lands with tojust enhance the death of summer and before the advent of winter. While I am no longer able to get at these I thought it would be nice to show once again some of the things that impressed me over the years.

Wow, just wow.
RW, thanks. I remember having been on the Skyline for just a bit one time when I had to go from Charlotte to Gatlinburg. Wonderful scenery. Do they still close it down in the winter? One of the things I never forgot about my experience was being told that it was closed forsome of the winter months. I don't know ifI was being put on or not because it doesn't seem right but then I've never been there in the dead of winter, either.Thanks for your kind words!
Not me. Too old now but back in the early 80s had a heck of a good time in the area but still only passing through.
