Very pretty. Not sure I've seen the Zebra Helicon before. The close-up in the lines of the bees wings is a nice visual.

It is like a breath of Spring in the dead of Winter. Warm and refreshing, and so full of life.

Oh no does this mean I shouldn't post my snow scenes?

Well, maybe I'll just chill --

You've nailed it again Mac. When the term Photographic Art is defined, your picture will be on the page.

The brook is a small feeder stream that runs into a major creek running through city of Philadelphia (Pennypack Creek); it is stocked with trout twice a year but there are very few if an holdovers. This particular scene is five minutes from my front door in the city -- an unusual resource for a major "urban" area.

Philly also has the largest wild deer population of any urban area in the world!

In the world?! That's amazing.

I might have made this comment before in the past, but it is always so beautiful to me to see a river running through a city. I've seen a few and they always add so much ambiance to the complete opposite happening all around them.
