Taken from my front porch, July 5th, 2013.
Love the sunset's that we get here.
You do have wonderful sunsets there, Kavika! Thank you for sharing them with us.
Thanks Neetu, we do get some real beauties here.
That's a beaut!
How y'all liking the Zarks?
Thanks Tex.
We love it here. I spend a lot of time on the lake fishing, and just puttering around.
We have plenty of critters around, some in our yard...
It is lovely land out there. I've got some friends who live out in the boonies there.
Critters is good. In fact, a place that has more critters than human beans is just about perfect.
Good luck with the Fish. Fried Fish, Hush Puppies and Grits. Dang. Now I'm hungry.

We only have 2,000 people in the whole town. Half of which are part time residents and rest are spread out over 10 square miles...A lot more critters than humans, which is a good thing.
Sounds like y'all are going by my rule of thumb. If the population exceeds the elevation, I'm in the wrong place.
By all means, post more imagery of your neck of the woods.
This photo is of Tex, he visits and eats grapes out of my hand.
Sorry about the name Tex, what can I say.
I remember the Cali sunsets well. I lived in Huntington Beach for years, a block from Huntington State Beach and saw many a beautiful sunset.
Thanks Lilac, it really is quite beautiful, and we really enjoy it.
Kavika,
Like a water color in the sky. Just absolutely beautiful.
Thanks Perrie, we get some stunning sunsets here, I have one that turns the lake red. I'll have to find and post it.
I see a striking fambly resemblance. That might be my Great Unkle, TexAss.
