Ratings Boost? 'The View' Adds Christian Conservative Actress Candace Cameron-Bure
Candace Cameron Bure and ABC correspondent Paula Faris are expected to join The View and ignite fireworks as permanent, full-time co-hosts when the show returns for its 19th season in September. Were told Bure is being hired in a desperate attempt by producers to have a controversial conservative personality similar to former co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck. The ratings are down and they want more drama. They want Candace and Raven[-Symon] to re-create the dynamic Elizabeth had with Rosie [ODonnell], says a source. Full Houses Bure made Symon gasp after she defended an anti-gay bakery while a guest on the show last month.Thats the kind of stuff they love. The producers want her opposing Raven, because its great for ratings and keeps them in the news, says the source.Another insider denies the show wants to pit the two against each other. They are so different from Elizabeth and Rosie, and no one wants to recreate that dynamic. Rosie ODonnell was a singular talent. Were also told the network wants the show to go back to Barbara Walters original vision: Barbara envisioned five women from different generations talking about hot topics, and now itll have that again. http://pagesix.com/2015/08/10/gearing-up-for-a-more-vicious-view/

In addition to Bure and Faris, the show will add up to six contributors, who will likely include Stacy London, Sherri Shepherd and Molly Sims.

She's been on several shows from a young age. She'll proved some balance on that show.
