It's a Spiritual Thing

I'm no fan of Organized Religion

But I think I know where I might find the Great Spirit in scenes like these for instance.

What do you think?

Beautiful photos Mac, Mike. Here are a couple of more that I'd like to add to ''Spirituality''. 6731_discussions.jpg?width=721 6732_discussions.jpg?width=721 6733_discussions.jpg?width=721

Mac's giving it a try. Hopefully we'll be half as good as he is.

Mac,

My favorite theme and you did a fine job. Loved them.. one more beautiful than the next.

Mike and Kavika also just beautiful.

I never grow tired of looking at sunsets. Each one is like a snowflake.

I've always loved this:

"I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help.

My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.

The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand.

The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night.

The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul.

The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore."

The scenes above remind me of this... Such a beautiful song of comfort, strength, and sustenance. Thanks for the beautiful pictures, all of you!

Kavika! Pictures!!! I'm so glad!!! Smile.gif

They all have really strong leading lines, the middle one especially.

I, too, love the colors (and the ripples!) in third.

Very nice!

Nice and very enjoyable to see what God has made. agu_lakesunset21Pbetaflickr I like this one the most. And I like the Yaquina Bay State Park Lighthouse, Oregon Coast; It's a nice blend of God made and man made. ( All the material is His though.)Smile.gif

I agree, Mac. That is where I seek, and find, the heart of the universe, the great spirit and the healing power of it. Beautiful!
