In my opinion, a mountain stream is one of the most conducive places for meditation and personal reflection; trout are an added incentive.

I spent a lot of time on the lake and river bank with my father, with lines in the water and a cooler between us - we often took no fish home, but we always felt closer to one another after our talks and it is time I miss now that he is gone.

This will bring a tear and I proudly admit to having shed a few after watching when it first ran years ago, and just now
