Intensification of the Familiar ~ Part III ~ Rediscovering My Old Close-up Lens

I contend that very few people actually take the time to "see" Nature; for sure, many of us look but how many of us actually appreciate the beauty and complexity of the natural world?

A flower is a familiar object but most flowers are viewed from distances that don't afford the complete and most wonderful appreciation of such Creations (yes, with a capital "C").

Enter my "close-up" lens.

Nice! Good images even though it looks like they were taken in bright sunlight. Thanks!

Awesome close-ups, the intricacies in nature are there for the seeing. Seeing, like listening, in nature must be intentional to absorb all it inspires.

A Mac

You are right

If one stops, relaxes and really looks at their surrounding, they will see beauty and wonder that is missed in the day to day hub bub and glances at the garden flowers

A beautiful shot, thanks.

I love flowers!

These are amazing!

I wonder if they grow up here in Canada?
