San Francisco Poster-art Series

I recently posted a San Francisco Chinatown Poster-art set here on NT. I probably should have waited and posted the entire series of posters ... which I'll do now.

If you've already seen my Chinatown posters, I'll put them at the end of the of this group, and, if you haven't seen them, now you will.

I left my heart in San Francisco ... however ...

The rest of me is potentially available.
You can start by offering me a drink and talking nicely ...
What's your sign?
Do you come here often?

Daily! And I'll take.... never mind.

Really interesting shots with some really interesting photoshoping. I have some pictures of the exact same spots, but obviously, not as good. Tell us a bit about how you achieved this look.

I can't give you every step since, when I modify images, I keep manipulating until I arrive ar something I like. Because I knew in advance that these would be part of a set/series, I opened them all at once ans serially made the edits in each. The final step was to posterize the edges.

These are so cool!

Looking at them, i couldn't help but think-- are they actual photographs-- or are they really paintings by an artist who is into realism? (Of course I know the answer, because you did mention it. But if I saw them without knowing that...)

Very interestiig effect!

Soov,

I agree ... for whatever reason(s), images posted on NT appear more colorful and sharper than on other sites; and here, if you click on an image posted in an article, you can see the full size image as a stand alone.
