I know that doves mate for life, and are monogamous so that when one is gone the other remains single. There is a great moral to the love story of doves, and a beauty to this collaboration.
However, correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought "dew" was a morning rather than evening occurrence. As well, the mist does often recede in the morning, especially as the sun rises. (Or is this an example of poetic licence? LOL)
For anyone who cares to look, I have a page on which I post most of this collaborative work. It makes for a beautiful page on facebook with all these colorful and rich images from Mac. I don't use this page commercially at all. It is just a place for people to walk in and take a peek if they enjoy art in pictures and words. Feel free to browse.
Welcome!
Thank you, Mac! Lovely image. It was the dove you posted the other day that inspired me.

Yes, Buzz, dew is a morning occurrence, of course. And as you rightly stated, it recedes as the sun rises.
Thank you for enjoying this collaboration!
dew |d(y)oō|
noun
tiny drops of water that form on cool surfaces at night, when atmospheric vapor condenses
It remains in the morning until the sun rises high enough and the air becomes warm enough to evaporate it.
Thanks for the education, so I'll just say "adieu".
Adew, oops, adieu, Buzz.

You're welcome; I'm a stickler regarding DEW Process.
Saying good night.
Goodnight, Mac. Maybe folks with rise with the cooing of the dove in the morning.
Lovely poem about the fine feathered friends that just happen to live right outside of my window and accompanied by a lovely dove to keep.
They are such precious birds, Perrie. Thank you.
Good morning, folks! Cooooooooooooooing to see if anyone is listening...

Come love a dove before it flies off.
