DNC chair won't speak at Dem convention following Wikileaks fallout

The head of the Democratic National Committee will not speak at the party's convention next week, a decision reached by party officials Saturday after emails surfaced that raised questions about the committee's impartiality during the Democratic primary.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz, whose stewardship of the DNC has been under fire through most of the presidential primary process, will not have a major speaking role in an effort "to keep the peace" in the party, a Democrat familiar with the decision said. The revelation comes following the release of nearly 20,000 emails

One email appears to show DNC staffers asking how they can reference Bernie Sanders' faith to weaken him in the eyes of Southern voters. Another seems to depict an attorney advising the committee on how to defend Hillary Clinton against an accusation by the Sanders campaign of not living up to a joint fundraising agreement.

Wasserman Schultz is expected to gavel the convention in and out, but not speak in the wake of the controversy surrounding the leaked emails, a top Democrat said.

"She's been quarantined," another top Democrat said, following a meeting Saturday night.

This is seen as a concession to Sanders, who has been furious at Wasserman Schultz for what he believed was favoritism to Clinton.

The Democrat familiar with the decision said it was done in hopes of preventing chaos on the convention floor among Sanders supporters.

The decision was blessed by Clinton and Sanders officials, this Democrat said.

The week in recap:

Wikileaks provided proof that the DNC worked to rig the primary election in favor of Hillary Clinton.

A democratic speechwriter lifted a few lines from Michelle Obama for some meaningless speech given by a possible first lady.

Guess which one the Clinton lackeys in the media obsessed about?

As a direct result of the leaks, which show among other things her bias and attempts to sabotage the campaign of Sen. Bernie Sanders, the DNC stripped chair Schultz of a speaking slot at the convention.

But getting kicked to the curb isn't the funniest part. THIS is the funniest part:

Hey  @Reince  - I'm in Cleveland if you need another chair to help keep your convention in order.  #RNCinCLE

Yeah. She taunted Ryan about the GOP convention. Now she's not even part of her own. Webster's dictionary defines "Bwa ha ha ha" as ...  that .

The anti-democracy party. Sanders' supporters should revolt.

The Republican Party has been usurped, whereas the Democratic Party cheated to keep that from happening.

Government of the people, by the people, for the people is struggling mightily.

This is damn disgusting and Debbie Wasserman should resign TODAY, period. No frickin' excuses.

It's funny that anyone would be shocked over political sabotage just because it is exposed.  No doubt that this shit has flagrantly gone on before wikileaks started exposing it.  People laugh at conspiracy theories, but conspiracies happen every day.

I hear what you're saying Hal; but, it's sorta like a person who has suspicions about their spouse's fidelity, then indeed walks in on the affair transpiring in their own bedroom. It's one thing to surmise, and quite another to have proof flung in one's face.

Donald Trump is the best thing that ever happened to HRC.  If he wasn't so dangerously unqualified for the job as POTUS, more people would seriously consider a third party candidate.

What would be the best turn-a-bout of the DNC convention is IF the Dems said "Nah Billary, we're gonna put Sanders up as our candidate."

Now, THAT would be perfect.

#DNCLeak Fallout: An Apology, a Revoked Speech, and Tim Kaine’s Grande Spanish Backfire

July 24, 2016

If there were over 19,000 leaked emails from the RNC, including questionable interactions with the press, possible collusion, cover-ups, fake protesters, fake craigslist ads, temper tantrums from top officials, and a literal attempt to undermine a primary candidate over and over in favor of the chosen one, the coverage on the cable news networks would be wall to wall. I wouldn't even be surprised if the news came by way of breaking into prime time on a broadcast network. But these are Democrats so it's being soft-shoed.

And even so, the uncovered corruption is so much that fallout anyway. And not small stuff. Big stuff.

Debbie Wasserman Schultz , for example, will no longer be speaking at the Democrat Convention this week. That's a pretty big deal.

As a direct result of the leaks, which show among other things her bias and attempts to sabotage the campaign of Sen. Bernie Sanders, the DNC stripped chair Schultz of a speaking slot at the convention.

But getting kicked to the curb isn't the funniest part. THIS is the funniest part:

continued:

Yeah. She taunted Ryan about the GOP convention. Now she's not even part of her own. Webster's dictionary defines "Bwa ha ha ha" as ... that .

Next up, CFO Brad Marshall of the DNC was forced to apologize for an email. He conspired to "expose" Bernie Sanders as being an atheist jew, another attempt to sabotage Bernie's campaign and drive his poll numbers down.

Heh. That's just the beginning of the apologies. In fact, Debbie Wasserman Schultz may have more to offer herself, even, as her temper tantrums with the press seem to come up quite a bit in the leak. And surely some interns deserve an apology after this embarrassment.

And there's Tim Kaine , who did this at the announcement that he was Hillary's VP pick.

#TimKaine speaks Spanish as he makes debut as #HillaryClinton 's running mate: via @amjoyshow #AMJoy #ClintonKaine

— AM Joy w/Joy Reid (@amjoyshow) July 23, 2016

But his timing couldn't have been worse, after an email in the leak angered the community was he attempting to pander to, reports Top Right News :

@HillaryClinton she only chose Tim Kaine because he speaks Spanish, BUT this is what she really thinks of Latinos.. pic.twitter.com/rea2F65QdW

— dutty✨ (@BlaiseAmb) July 23, 2016

Just because Tim Kaine speaks fluent Spanish, does not mean Spanish speaking Americans will auto vote for HRC. Pandering and insulting.

— Scott Pastell (@ScottPastell) July 23, 2016

#TimKaine Spanish speaking doesn't = LatinX vote; Wants bank deregulation & TPP fast track. Wrong choice for progressives. #JillStein2016

— M. Cascio (@CashCascio) July 23, 2016

There are many more such reactions on social media, particularly from Bernie supporters.

So DWS doesn't get to speak, the CFO has to apologize (he won't be the last), and the attempted pander to the Latino community is backfiring. That's pretty good for a scandal that the MSM wants to keep simmering in the background.

And here is what she thinks of him.

I should say that is what they think of them. VOTES.  If the Latinos were a guaranteed Republican vote there would be a wall on the southern border if the Democrats had the power to build it so high birds would have to wear oxygen mask to fly over it.

And this surprises us?  Jesus Christ!  The fucking Democratic Party is running a lying swindling sack of shit as their candidate.  Integrity has never been important to them.  Not now.  Not in the last 8-16 years.

It doesn't surprise me at all.  If it walks like a duck, looks like a duck, talks like a duck, it's a duck!!!

Dozens of people have gone to jail associated with Bill and Hillary Clinton ever since they came on the public scene.  Dozens have accused them of cheating, lying and other things far worse, but like the snakes they are they've somehow have managed to slip right out of it.

But there is more to this story.

We, the people of this country, have not chosen a president in decades.  The people who tell them what to do chose our presidents as well for us on both sides.  It makes no different who the president or what the laws are with these people.

Whether it was said or not makes no difference, those who control the money control the country.

Before the Federal Reserve came into being there was no inflation.  This is not saying a piece of property bought outside of town didn't go up in value if let's us say oil was found on it, but the value of the currency didn't go down.  A dollar is only worth a fraction of what it was before the Federal Reserve was put in place, the private bank.

They rule us, we don't rule ourselves.  We're more of an Oligarchy than a Constitutional Federal Republic.
