Asking Forgiveness in Advance for this Latest "Copy & Paste" Thing

It's true; I confess … I copy/cut and paste information on NT every now and then. It's just that in doing so, rather than relying on information I might otherwise pull out of my … uhm … own mind … I defer to what, in the world of litigation, is known as "expert testimony."

I am trying to avoid (metaphorically) pissing into the wind … I mean, it's so lonely in the world of inconvenient truths; so, since I am a "copy & paste" addict, for now, at least, I am copying and pasting a rather clouded subject, not entirely clear, but, hopefully, nothing that will evoke "thinking".

Look, enjoy … and fog those who prefer to go where complicated thoughts go to die.

To be clear (despite the fog), I respect all of those who make their case with well-considered comments, that, whether or not I agree with them. There are a number of members among us with whom I rarely if ever agree politically … but these individuals make articulate points, never dismiss opinions off-handedly, and, have learned the art of respectful debate among solid friends.

That pretty much Thumbs-it-up.

My God, VAPORIZE HIM.  My own version of copy/paste, taken from a Vicks Vaporizer commercial a few years back (that's what the stuffed up kid's sister said).

Very nice picture Mac.

Beautiful A Mac!

A few years back I fell asleep in the backyard around the campfire. I opened my eyes when the night chill started to overcome the dying embers, and there was a fog rolling in. I awoke again about an hour later hearing a sound, but seeing nothing but a blanket of fog over the lawn, maybe 12 or 15 ft. out. I laid there with my head on my arm, eyes completely wide open now, and a fawn and momma walked right into my line of vision, crossing, leaving the yard. I dunno if she sensed my look or what; but, momma stopped, turned her head, looked right at me, and then just kept right on walking away. It was amazing! The fog was like a curtain introducing the deer on a stage.

Anyways, this wonderful picture reminds me of that.

I suspect that there is a little more to the story then your telling, Larry.

Kavika, wondering if some brewskies were involved.

I always look forward to to pictures and even to your copy & pasting! The pictures are always beautiful and the copy & pastes are always right on point and the easiest way to refute many who have nothing to offer but hollow dissension and no truth. Thanks for both!

And I would be seriously remiss for the failure to say "thank you" to the thumbs down in this thread …

… it made the point so much more articulately than I ever could.

It may sound unusual, but sometimes a thumbs down is really a thumbs up depending on the person and the circumstances. Some are fools who don't realize that they really have just done as you say, made your point for you.

Congratulations! I get them from the Right Wingers all of the time! Feels good to know that at least the logic and (blush) intelligence entered their brains from them reading what I wrote, even if they try to un-think it and can't! Laugh

When I was in Moab, the road to the Green River was closed for some reason … so I truly appreciate your sharing this pic.

Many thanks.

Looking forward to more.
