I saw this the other day and thought it to be a fairly profound example of natural selection, compacted into an easily digestible exhibit.

I shows how fast the mutation can occur and why we are having trouble with the overuse of antibiotics. I wasn't aware it could happen in just a few days.

Yup.  It is both fascinating and somewhat terrifying.   Mesmerizing, really.

And then you have the species jumping, mutating viruses ever lurking on the horizon.  Marbola anyone?
