Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger, the former airline pilot who successfully landed a commercial jet in the Hudson River after it experienced trouble.Sullenberger Tweeted the news on Tuesday:Sullenberger's actions on January 15, 2009 saved the lives of all 155 people onboard. The U.S. Airways flight struck a flock of geese shortly after taking off from New York's La Guardia Airport, shutting down both engines.With no other options, Sullenberger elected to conduct an emergency landing in the Hudson.
