For several days now, whenever I logon to this site, two windows from past chats open up-- and stay open. When I close them-- they immediately popup again. (I realize that Mercury is Retrograde-- but this is ridiculous)
Krish, I had the same problem a few days ago. Then it just went away when Perrie changed chat providers or upgraded with the current provider. I still have the problem of not being able to scroll on chat or chat contacts.
Any suggestions..?

Your issue must be browser related. Try using a different browser, or click on the chat where you want it to scroll.
I've tried chrome, IE and firefox...same result.
Don't understand the rest of your comment.
The scroll is on the right side. Click your mouse there and see if it scrolls.
Without seeing what you are doing, I can't tell what is causing your issues.
I've done that hundreds of times. Chat does not scroll.

You have to dump your cache. Then everything should be OK and the chat will look a little different.
