The above link is to a full episode of Adam Ruins Everything. This episode is actually titled "Adam Ruins Science". It actually covers the problems of Peer-Reviewed Studies, Studies using mice as test subjects, funding of Science, and the lack of Reproducibility of Studies and their data and results. ALL of these, except the problem of mice test subjects, actually have been argued by myself many, many times in regards to Climate Science. To those whom have made the rounds arguing against my stance that Climate Science is unproven and unreliable, watch the video for the full 27 minutes. Pay attention to the end part which is titled "Tell Me More" and the discussion during that part. This actually shows what the problems are facing ALL Science and applies to everything from Geology to Pharmaceuticals and from Astrophysics to Climate Science.

Bob, I never knew you were THAT closed-minded. IF you had watched the video, you would have noticed that Adam backed everything he stated with MULTIPLE Studies trying to repeat the results of other Studies and a couple of actual Scientists, one of whom created a project to REPEAT the SO-CALLED ESTABLISHED Science because there was no repeatability of much of the results out there. THAT has been MY biggest problem with the entire Global Warming/Climate Change/AGW Theory supporters. They base their entire position on Science that has not once been repeated and supported by repeated experiments and Studies.

Actually, I was being sarcastic. We don't have "another" planet, and never will. If we ruin this one... there'll be no second chance. That's why the "We aren't absolutely certain" argument is so stupid. It's like playing Russian Roulette because "We aren't certain".
Your "origin of life" is quite different. It has nothing to do with AGW, but it is indeed a tantalizing idea. The problem, as you said, is to duplicate primordial conditions... when we don't really know them. Too many variables.
If you were to look at the Geologic and Paleotological records, the Earth still has quite a ways to go before it reaches the NATURAL temperatures back during the time of the dinosaurs. Keep that in mind, plus we are not even halfway through this interglacial period so us not being absolutely certain is an acceptable response with the lack of verified evidence.

I actually love that show, and I've posted several of Adam's video clips here before. The shows are well researched, humorous, and very informative in general.
I'm certain that the host is not climate skeptic in real life, and would be horrified to see someone using his video to support climate skepticism.
It’s not about skepticism it is about doing correct and thorough science to prove beyond doubt that AGW Theory really exists. Right now, you have it subjected to the problems across all science and because you have non-scientists pulling the purse strings, lack of repeated experiments and results, and a certifiable lack of CONFIRMED Studies about Climate Change; the only correct SCOENTIFIC stance is to be skeptical like me. I have stated this consistently on every Climate Chanfe article I’ve commented on since 2009 when I started on Newsvine. I come at Climate Change the exact same way I did regarding my Chemistry experiments in high school and college. I hope that the experiment is repeatable and within the 95th Percentile for accuracy, precision, and overall error. No one has shown me anything that isn’t better than 90th Percentile science regarding AGW Theory/Global Warming/Climate Change.
Plenty of knowledgeable folk have directed you to scientific sources over the years that you choose to ignore. Being kicked out of college in your junior year doesn't bode well for you being able to even understand the sciences involved. Due to the fact that you are still pushing the same old long debunked fossil fuel industry propaganda, no matter the evidence, you will likely always be a science denier. How sad for you.

You are still ignoring the LACK of repeatability in Climate Science. Every single study, experiment, or paper that people have pointed to is not a repeat of a previous study or experiment that actually confirms the conclusions or data of the previous studies. I keep pushing the same points over and over again, because I believe in Science to the point that I know you have to repeat it to CONFIRM everything. There have been a lot of experiments where people have made up the results to get into the 95th Percentile. With something like Climate Science, we need to guarantee we are getting correct information. THAT is why I am a skeptic.
