You establish that it's not always necessary to show the whole animal/bird in order to provide a very good photo.
I'm interested in attitudes, which are largely expressed by the head and "face".
True, but harder to photograph.

When photographing animals and humans, if nothing else is in clear focus … THE EYES ARE ALL THAT NEED BE TO MAKE THE IMAGE VIABLE!
