.....or whatever it is that you choose to celebrate. I know alot of us disagree on everything under the sun. I'm going to be heading out for the holidays shortly and wanted to take a moment and wish you and yours the very best, safest and happiest of holidays. May your memories of those departed be happy and fill you with warmth.
We can pick back up with the vitriol next week.

Hi All. Hope everyone has a great Christmas. I know of at least four little kids hanging around our house that are going to love it. By the time they go back to school on Jan. 3rd, they will be totally partied out.
Fish, if you end up wearing that outfit, your wife has to have a really fantastic system of reward points. Make sure that your heart is in good shape before you start into the reward system although, if you have to go, I suppose that's the way to do it.

Stuck in Erie Pennsylvania on the way home tonight . Lake-effect blizzard. I couldn't see more than 5 feet in front of me on the Interstate 90 so I'm relaxing in nice little hotel

Yeah, that would have been fun. The 10 miles to New York were brutal this mornign, at the NY border, the roads were fine........literally 75+ MPH the rest of the way home.
This is what my truck looked like this morning:
Light snow and fog and only 10 degrees here in Denver at 10 AM this morning. After an extended warm and dry autumn, the Jet Stream finally sagged far enough South to give us some winter weather. Lots of snow in the mountains finally, the ski area operators are jumping with joy. And we had a couple of inches here in the city to give us a white Christmas.
