That looks yummy. I'm a big fan of Jaager-Schitzel. Can't really find a decent one here in the U.S. Perhaps I haven't sampled enough Germn Restaurants?
All time favorite! Perhaps a cheat...but I use pickling spice, after picking out the red pepper, in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 4 to 5 days before cooking. Don't make often as portion control and sauerbraten are not compatible!

My wife made a Jagerschnitzel with venison once. It was so good it brought me to tears. I ate three platefulls!
