NEW FOX PIX

Haven't seen the Foxes in a day-and-a-half … I hope they are not gone.

If I have inadvertently repeated any of these, please let me know … I'm starting to lose track.

Repeat, by all means!

In the lower photo, the kit seems to be looking straight into the camera. Have they spotted you? Have they accepted your presence, as long as you come no closer? That would be fabulous.

They make my brain melt...

Can't say they've accepted me … and, I looked all day from a distance through binoculars and have seen no sign of kits or vixen or father.

Maybe tomorrow.

The kit's expression is that of any infant observing-and-trying-to-understand. A-w-w-w-w.....

They're all hiding behind stumps, taking pictures of YOU.

I hate being on that side of a camera … however …

… I'd like 2 8"x 10"s and an album of 5" x 7"s  …

It would be a shame if they've been scared away - your photos of them are fantastic.

Buzz,

I'll keep looking through binoculars … and if it seems conclusive they're gone, I'll do some research as to the age at which kits leave the den and go out on their own.

It's 4:00 PM EDST in Philly … still no sign of the foxes; in about 2-3 weeks, no doubt there will be new-borne FAWNS in the woods and my back yard. I have many such pictures from years past, but, I'll take some new ones nevertheless.

I miss the Kits.

It was fun while it lasted Mac....Perhaps the will be back next year. Red Fox tend to use the same den multiple years.
