I Can See Clearly Now!

After almost a week of rain … today is sunny, hot and humid … and my garden is popping!

jimmy cliff lyrics : "bright sunshiny day"

I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW THE RAIN IS GONE
I CAN SEE ALL OBSTACLES IN MY WAY
Gone are are the dark clouds that had me blind
IT'S GONNA BE A BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT SUN SHINY DAY
IT'S GONNA BE A BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT SUN SHINY DAY

I think I CAN MAKE IT NOW THE PAIN IS GONE
ALL OF THE BAD FEELINGS HAVE DISAPPEARED
HERE IS THAT RAINBOW I'VE BEEN PRAYING FOR
IT'S GONNA BE A BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT SUN SHINY DAY

LOOK ALL AROUND THERE'S NOTHING BUT BLUE SKIES
LOOK STRAIGHT AHEAD THERE'S NOTHING BUT BLUE SKIES

AHH, AHH, AHH, AHH
OOOOOOO

I CAN SEE CLEARLY NOW THE RAIN IS GONE
I CAN SEE ALL OBSTACLES IN MY WAY
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
IT'S GONNA BE A BRIGHT (BRIGHT) BRIGHT SUN SHINY DAY
IT'S GONNA BE A BRIGHT (BRIGHT) BRIGHT SUN SHINY DAY

OH YEAH
IT'S GONNA BE A BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT SUN SHINY DAY
IT'S GONNA BE A BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT SUN SHINY DAY
IT'S GONNA BE A BRIGHT BRIGHT BRIGHT SUN SHINY DAY-EE-A-EE-YEAH

Yet more beauty on the grounds of your home, I assume.

From the photos you've posted, I can see that you could grow a great vegie garden provided you can keep the critters away. From the time my mother had a WW2 Victory Garden behind the garage, I've wanted to grow vegies.  Only in one of the homes I owned did I have the place to plant one, and it was pretty successful because I fenced it well (we had rabbits try to get to it). The funny thing is that when I retired from my profession, I was given an aptitude test which determined that I was best suited to be a farmer.

Love the flower pics, that first one looks like it really did explode. No, it's exploding in slow motion.

My computer is playing its tricks again - I posted this once, it disappeared, so here we go again.

A rock garden on the local hospital grounds, to cheer those seeking medical help.
