Adult-film actress Stormy Daniels, who is entrenched in a lawsuit with President Trump, received the key to the city of West Hollywood on Wednesday as officials honored her for her legal strife.
Daniels made an appearance at Chi Chi La Rue’s [*] as the city declared the day “Stormy Daniels Day,” according to KABC-TV .
"The community of West Hollywood was founded more than three decades ago on the principal that everyone should be treated with dignity and fairness and decency," Daniels said at the event, according to the TV station . "And this community has a history of standing up to bullies and speaking truth to power. And I'm so very lucky to be a part of it."
Earlier, the city released a statement saying, “In these politically tumultuous times, Daniels has proven herself to be a profile in courage by speaking truth to power even under threats to her safety and extreme intimidation.”

If we had a section for "Funny Stories" or "Ironic" that is where this story would belong. It is only correct and natural to give the keys to that city to a porn star.
Other side of the tracks from Beverly Hills. Tout themselves as the most creative city in the world. A welcoming place where the rich and famous movie moguls to go slumming and find easy pickings among all of the wannabes putting it out there.
Fashion, fantasy and the arts peppered with fancy and historic buildings. Nice place to visit, shop and party. Famous for it's nightlife.

In my younger days, I cruised districts with friends throughout the LA and San Fran (and other) areas who took me "sight-seeing" that my parents told me not to go. I never stopped to "taste", and that's why I survived.
I've found the sections here to be rather limited, so I work with what we have. With the new way to publish articles/seeds, things are clearer and easier, but the topic choices/sections are still limited, IMO.
Hollywood has always been a La-La-Land of fantasy. I highly doubt that Stormy's one-trick "talents" landed her on major producers' and directors' casting couches to score in the big time. The topic is Stormy Daniels and the reason it is a topic is because she is a porn star who also had sex with Trump, is in the midst of a lawsuit against him (and vice versa), and in the wake of all of this, she is being honored by what I guess is an adult store in addition to being given the proverbial key to the city.
