‘Prophetess’ Kat Kerr Took Authority Over A Storm And A Volcano To No Avail
On Memorial Day, Kat Kerr, a “prophetess” who claims that God brought her up to heaven before the 2016 election and told her that Donald Trump would be elected president, posted a video on her Facebook page in which she “took authority” over Subtropical Storm Alberto and Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano, ordering them both to cease causing any damage.
At the time, Alberto was heading toward the southern United States and Kerr used her “weather warrior staff” to declare that the storm would dissipate and not cause any flooding, damage, or deaths.
“I, as a believer of Jesus Christ, I take authority over that storm,” Kerr declared. “I say to you storm, ‘You will diminish.'”
“You are going to hear reports of it being downgraded because it has to obey us,” she guaranteed. “Somebody sent me a message saying, ‘Who do you think you are, Jesus Christ? You think you can command the weather?’ And I went, ‘Absolutely, yes! I’m a joint heir. Are you kidding? He took authority over the weather and we are supposed to be doing the same.'”
“You will not do destruction to your country,” Kerr told the storm. “You will not bring flooding rains. We command the rain to cease.”
The storm did not obey Kerr’s commands.
Kerr also commanded the volcano that has been erupting on Hawaii’s largest island for over a month now to stop flowing.
“We have authority over volcanoes,” she said. “We can even tell them to stop. Christ stopped the storm. So while we’re taking power and authority over the devil controlling that volcano—people are going to be laughing about this, I totally ignore them. Just ignore them. They don’t know what they’re saying and they don’t even know what’s going on. They don’t understand spirit realm authority. They don’t understand that Jesus made us joint heirs, but I do.”
“So I take authority over that volcano,” Kerr declared. “I command it to cease exploding, shooting out the lava, that the pressure be released but without any destruction to people. I command that lava, you will stop flowing and you will crystallize before you touch any more people or their property.”
Surprisingly, the volcano does not seem to be obeying Kerr’s commands either.

Is it any surprise that this woman is a prophetic Trump supporter? Really?
Is this religious wackadoodle any relation to Harold Camping?
Maybe as far as sheer wackiness goes. But then, she is no different than those whom make religious claims or predictions like the 2nd coming or such nonsense. It's all just different flavors of BS!
What goes on in the minds of those who believe parasites like Kerr?
I want to hear her theory about what went wrong with her authority. Probably something about Hillary or Obama.
If she is like the other societal leeches who prey on religious naiveté you will hear silence.
If confronted I suspect she would claim that the process is still underway and that people are not yet truly believing they have authority over natural forces (in Jesus' name of course).
Also, do everyday religious people find her to be incredible? Do they find her 'beliefs' to be unfounded? Are they not convinced that what she claims is true?
With enough authority, maybe the lava will eventually flow back into the volcano.
We should redirect the lava flow to form a multi-level foundation for a new resort and surrounding ecosystem of stores and residential housing. The centerpiece could be a structure for the 'Lava Castle' which will be finished to be a luxury hotel.
Now yer thinking!
You want evidence that what she asserts is true?
That's the problem: nothing is going on in their minds. If there was an iota of rational thought, no one would buy into this prophetic nonsense. People like Ms. Kerr exploit that lack of thought and/or gullibility.
what a nut job!
I woulda gone with loon (maybe even ultra loon) but nut job works too
Seems like it had the opposite effect.
I think there are a couple devoutly religious members of NT who would make the same claims, it seems to be almost an obsession
