Why we fight on
Lest anyone think that 2 years of President Trump has eradicated all the evils of liberalism, consider the recent ruling by an Obama appointed Judge. Mark Eaton Walker is the Chief United States District Judge for the US District Court of Northern Florida. Judge Walker has ordered newly elected Governor Ron DeSantis to grant the disgraced & replaced former election supervisor Brenda Snipes a “meaningful opportunity to be heard” regarding her suspension by March 31. We may all recall the incompetence/shenanigans that went on under her "watch" during the recent midterm elections (plus her prior history). At least now we may begin to understand why former Governor Rick Scott was so reluctant to remove this individual. It was because of this radical in charge of this District Court. Fortunately, Walker does not have the authority to reinstate Snipes, or the people of Florida would have her "services" inflicted upon them once again.
Other notable changes the Obama appointee has bestowed on the great state of Florida include:
Restoring voting rights to felons after their release from prison. That "decision" took place only last year and that is a current story in the news. Anyone wondering how in the world that happened in a state with successive Republican Governors, you now knowell, there you are.
Later the same year (2018) Walker directed the Florida Secretary of State to ensure that Spanish speaking voters had ballots for the 2018 midterm elections in Spanish. That, of course, wouldn't be that significant for third & fourth generation Cuban Americans, that was for the newly arriving Puerto Rican population.
Questions;
Is a ballot discriminatory if it is in English?
Should the US adopt English as it's official language?
I'm sure Barak Obama is delighted with his choice.
