Well if you watched netflix killing the messenger you see CIA started the cocaine epidemic. They poured 1.6 billion dollars of cocaine into the American streets. They published a report on it in the late 90's. Don't you think if they are responsible for the epidemic that all cocaine convictions from 1980-2000 should be vacated. You will see the opioid epidemic is also government incompetence
