I'm gonna have to figure out how I can see it. Robots, space travel, and primitive living...looks like my kind of mix.

Yeah... I had to grab my old Apple TV box I use at the office to setup for HBO Max because Roku and HBO still don't have a deal in place.

I hear Guillermo del Toro's new move Antlers is inspired by the Wendigo spirit.

I've heard that I hope that they don't screw it up. The Windigo has a very special meaning and message.

I just looked The Windingo up, but I am not finding much that would convey the meaning and message.  Would you maybe post an article in Anishinaabe sometime?  I would be interested to know more.

I saw where they hired consultants to make sure they 'respect' the cultural roots. Respect is a broad term in hollywood.

Great! I'm looking forward to it.

Also, when you have the time, would you please post some of your great stories that you posted back when this group first started? I think they are something that the folks here who have not seen them would really enjoy and appreciate as the give great insight into the Anisihinaabe heritage.

I collected them all when you first published them, and I still love reading the.

Great! I think others here who have not yet read them will find them really enjoyable. No matter how many times I read them I still enjoy them.

If I recall, Dowser posted some great stories in the group as well, and I still have them on file. I really enjoyed the first one she wrote about the tree, and asked how tree was spoken in Ojibwe. And that is the word she used in her story.

Looks like my Uncle Mo Jo. My Father was of the Cherokee Wolf Clan. So there are quite a few of them in my pack. (grin)

Nice! A 65" TV maybe too big for the space I have in my living rm.

I have the perfect sized living room for it. My LR is rather large and I was watching a 55" from about 8 feet. I was having problems seeing the picture w/o my glasses. Well, it went tango uniform and Mr Giggles took me to Best Buy last night to get a new one.

I saw a 75" but I didn't think he would for that, so I settled for 65" with an adjustable mounting bar. I already have the SONOS amp and speakers

Cool. Thanks. I have never had a soundbar and was curious about them. Don't know anyone that has one.

That is what I was looking into, except I was looking at Bose ones. I have Bose speakers for my computer and like them.

I have a 36" Visio soundbar in the bedroom that sounds great, but at low volumes the background music drowns out anyone speaking.

I wonder if the series title was considered by the author's knowledge of the history of Rome.....

Hi Buzz. That is one interpretation of the phrase, though it usually means uncivilized and without manners. It will be interesting to see where this series goes. I think it might be interpreted both ways over the course of 10 episodes.
