I'm still trying to figure out whether or not the inside salon visit is still banned.
The story claims that the salon owner told Nancy that salons could have one inside client at a time. However, the story suggests that inside visits are totally out, and even quotes the salon owner, who is apparently upset that Nancy thinks she can flex the rules, while the owner is starved for work.
What is the real story here? Is it that Nancy is a huge hypocrite, and believes the California minions are beholden to the local law, but not her? I don't think so. Is anyone really surprised that Nancy believes she is above the local peons, that she can bend the rules to suit herself?
