FBI director Wray: Russia 'very active' in 2020 election disruption

Less than two months before the presidential election, FBI Director Chris Wray told lawmakers Thursday that Russia remains "very active" in its effort to disrupt the vote, primarily by denigrating Democratic nominee Joe Biden.
"The intelligence community's consensus is that Russia continues to try to influence our election," Wray told the House Homeland Security Committee, adding that the Kremlin's effort has focused on sowing discord and disparaging the candidacy of the former vice president.
Wray's assessment tracked an earlier analysis published in August by the National Counter-Intelligence and Security Center, which called out pro-Russia Ukrainian parliamentarian Andriy Derkach for spreading false corruption claims to undermine Biden's bid and the Democratic Party.

"Some Kremlin-linked actors are also seeking to boost President Donald Trump's candidacy on social media and Russian television," the the counter-intelligence analysis concluded.
The earlier report also concluded that China viewed Trump as "unpredictable" and prefers that he not win re-election, while noting that Iran was working to foment division and undermine Trump in advance of the November election.
"We will not tolerate foreign interference in our election," the FBI director said Thursday.
Wray also addressed recent violence that has shadowed social justice demonstrations prompted by police-involved shootings.
While Wray said that a majority of the demonstrations have been "peaceful," he acknowledged that the FBI had opened a number of investigations into suspects who have been drawn to violent extremist agendas, from those who have identified with the far left anti-fascist movement known as antifa to racially-motivated groups and militia organizations.
"Antifa is a real thing," Wray said, adding that the bureau regards it more as a "movement" or ideology rather than an actual terror group or organization.

Why is the left ignoring China and Iran? Neither are our allies; and both are backing Biden heavily and interfering with our election as well.

They've been doing so for decades now. It's not illegal and there is no way to make it stop. Any nation, state, publication, or person that chooses to denigrate, demean, and demonize Biden and Harris has my blessings
So what did he have to say about China, Iran, Europe, and the rest of the world that are pumping money into Democratic PACs and doing their own disruption of our election?
Russia, Russia, Russia. Whatever happened to Obama's "The cold war is over. Get a new foreign policy." BS?
Keep focusing only on Russia and the rest of the world will be more than happy to stab us in the back.

Director Wray answered all of the questions he was asked. He is Director of the FBI after all. Dismiss his warnings of Russian interference. I choose not to...

China and Iran our not our allies; both are backing Biden heavily. Democrats are ignoring both completely; because they want the help. Their TDS blinds them to the danger.
That is not what FBI Director Wray says and I believe he knows a lot more about it than you!
