Mark Levin is a talk radio and You Tube star and frequent guest and host on Fox news. His commentary has been unhinged for years.

Now he is trying to get the ear of the first family. Trump will be so desperate he will try anything.

Talk about stealing and election... LOL. Of course it takes a Trump Populist to come up with more underhanded bs.

Trumpism is a cult that even permeates into conservative media. We should be thankful today that we are a nation of laws, not personality cults.

This is the reason I think the human factor should be taken out of the Electoral College. Don't even call it a college any more. Just count up the electoral votes each state has and that's it. No need for a special meeting of "special" voters to determine who will run our country for the next 4 years. I never liked that idea, anyway. A small group of 535 people out of 380,000,000 deciding who our president will be?

All you need is a calculator.

When Levin says the legislatures in each state can disregard the Board of Elections he is saying they can disregard the vote totals in that state.  Hard to be any more against democracy than that.  This asshole is supposed to a constitutional expert too.

Then he's subverting the constitution

If those state legs do do that, what are the consequences they could face?

He might not be wrong, depending on the individual state constitutions. Of course, back in 2016, there was a lot of campaigning to try to get electors to vote against their state popular votes. So, complaining about this now is going to sound a little hypocritical.
