A Sheriff's deputy in Southern California is under investigation due to a video of him winding up and kicking a suspect in the head AFTER the guy appeared to surrender.
Surveillance footage from a Toyota dealership in Victorville, CA captured Wednesday's violent interaction on camera ... you see the suspect roll out from under a parked car before he's confronted by a deputy with a flashlight, who appears to order the suspect on the ground.
The man complies, but then the cop takes a big step and unloads a couple kicks to the suspect's face.

Video shows the cop stand over the man for a few seconds before beginning to slap some handcuffs on him as another deputy arrives to assist.
The San Bernardino County Sheriffs Department tells TMZ the incident started with an attempted traffic stop of a motorcycle. Police say the driver led cops on a high-speed chase, and ditched his bike near the dealership before fleeing on foot. Cops say they found the suspect hiding in the dealership lot, and admit there was a "use of force" during the arrest.
The Sheriff says a review of the footage raised immediate concerns about the deputy's actions and he's on leave while under investigation.

Crime & Arrests Exclusive Controversial S#!T Fairly Legal Police
What an asshole. Fucking insane. With so much light being shone these days on police actions like this, how does this keep happening?
That's easy, Qualified Immunity. they're not held to the same level of personal responsibility for their jobs as the rest of us are. How many of us have to be bonded or carry personal liability insurance as part of our work? Why aren't they held to the same level of responsibility? Police can violate civil rights and commit crimes at will because they know they will not be held accountable for their actions. The taxpayers of their communities get stuck with the bill for any lawsuits. So they have nothing to worry about, if they get fired the union will get their job back or they will go to the next county over and get employed there.
An excellent question I have no idea why, but the sad truth is that it keeps happening and happening and happening again.
Morning. I think some cops still have the mentality of they are untouchable...and above the law and no one will dob them in..
But they forget as people no longer have to do that. Their actions speak louder than words and with indisputable evidence, they need to be ratted out of the force and charged.
We have feral cops here to, I think every country does and it is always good when they are caught..
The bitter truth is there are a lot of cops whose psychological makeup should not allow them to be police officers. The job description attracts (some) guys who want to dominate and beat people up.
So much for "protect and serve" ....
Morning..seems some cops and people are just plain slow on the uptake...
In this day and age you can almost guarantee you will be sprung if you do something illegal. Everyone is virtually a walking security camera now with mobile phones on them.
Have they reported what condition the guy is in?? As for the cops actions, words fail me...
