Let's start with the obvious. Someone who is clearly clearly clearly not a white supremacist would not go on a show like Newsmax to plead their case. At the very least Kyle Rittenhouse is trying become a popular figure among the far right. He is also seeking attention most likely with the hopes of making money off the fact that he killed two people. Completely innocent and sincere people don't do that.
