A worker pushes a cart full of packages of sugar into the customer area of the store. Shoppers flood to the cart and began grabbing at the scarce commodity. One woman tries to horde many packages in her shopping cart, but loses most of them to her fellow shoppers snatching them out of her cart.
This is the result of western sanctions on Russia.
Pretty civilized. In America somebody would have pulled out a gun.

Morning..that is what it was like in 1987 when I was there...plus a centimetre of dust on anything you could actually find...
But there was row upon row of vodka.. never seen so much in my life....
No doubt Putin will blame COVID for the shortages certainly couldn't be the result of invading Ukraine and sanctions starting to bite...🇺🇦🇺🇦
