Considering all the shit that Americans currently eat, modifying foods probably isn't a good thing.
Personally I never eat fried foods, processed foods, or the frozen junk.
I stick with natural foods, fish, veggies raw, salads, wild rice, and for red meat, buffalo, venison and various other wild game.
73 upright and breathing, walk a couple of miles everyday in the mountains. A lot of physical activity and enjoying life. They can keep the GMO's, processed foods and all the junk.
Whatever works for you ... keep on doing it . Buffalo ... yum ! I had that only once when I was out west . We don't have that available locally in Fla .
The nerve of me to make light of the dangers of GMO foods . Is the danger real or just alarmism ?
This song is actually Cocaine Blues, written in 1947 by T. J. Arnall. It has been recorded under several different titles.
Not to be confused with Cocaine, written by J. J. Cale and most famously played by Eric Clapton.
As long as it is organic I am fine with it. But then again, I'm still trying to find a non-organic food.

My only indulgence is ''fry bread''...
