Bombshell # 1: The IRS whistleblower
The letter says that "The protected disclosures: (1) contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee, (2) involve failure to mitigate clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case, and (3) detail examples of preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals in similar circumstances if the subject were not politically connected."

The first of two bombshells landed yesterday as an IRS supervisor has come forward with information on the Hunter Biden case. That case has been under wraps for years and some say the investigation by both the FBI and IRS ended over a year ago. The last report had the Washington Post claiming that there was enough evidence against Hunter Biden to charge him, yet we hadn't heard a thing about this case. There is ample evidence of corruption within the Biden family and what should be obvious to everyone is that Biden's right-hand man, the highly partisan AG, Merrick Garland was presiding over all of it.

Today the New York Post named Merrick Garland as the high ranking official cited in the whistleblower letter:

Attorney Mark Lytle wrote Wednesday that the longtime IRS employee wants to provide information to congressional leaders to “contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee” — Garland —and also to detail “preferential treatment” in the criminal probe of the first son.

The whistleblower already made disclosures to the inspectors general of the Treasury and Justice departments.

However, due to a quirk of federal law, he needs congressional approval to more fully describe his allegations to his own lawyers, which he wants to do before testifying to lawmakers.

Even the leftist legacy media, which usually circles the wagons for Biden is covering the story.

So much for the "defender of democracy."

of course Biden is being protected. it’s been obvious for years.

As Andy McCarthy wrote regarding his gun violations:

Let’s say you lied on a required federal firearms form to conceal your use of illegal drugs so you could buy a .38 caliber handgun, then you irresponsibly lost that gun across the street from a school, and then the government found video evidence of you waving that gun around while cavorting with a prostitute.

if you aren’t a Biden, you are arrested.

That's a great way of putting it.

Joe thought he had it made at this point.

I see it:

"Of course Biden officials are interfering in his son's case -- why else has Hunter skated for five years?"

With the incompetent POS currently running the DOJ, this isn't necessarily true. No gun laws are being enforced. They're willing to sacrifice American lives to drive their agenda.

And it'll continue. Media have been saying that he'll formally announce his re-election campaign on Tuesday ... via pre-recorded VIDEO ... not live, in front of an audience.

It's also been reported that if he does run again, he will have campaign surrogates do most of the in-person "mega-rallies" of 20 people.

I think our moronic leader has run into some turbulence. Unfortunately for the democrats, they don't really have anyone else.

Give it a few minutes.  The Bidenites will be here to "smooth it over".

Something tells me that it won't be today!

So much for the courage of those who want to prosecute their opponents.

And we are supposed to think Republicans are a threat to democracy.

It sounds so Orwellian when you think about it.  The party out of power being the threat.

Do people really believe Hunter Biden restricted his influence peddling to Joe Biden?  Joe Biden was the Vice President and not the President.  A President has higher value for an influence peddler.  Don't overlook that these political shenanigans may be more about protecting Obama than protecting Biden.

Joe Biden is as expendable for Democrats as was George McGovern.  So, there has to be more to this than just Biden being corrupt.  And the only plausible connection is the First Black President.

Now we're getting closer to the rotten core of the apple!

Yeah! The reliable NY POST … In November 1976, it was announced that Australian  Rupert Murdoch  had bought the  Post

Rep. James Comer, R-Ky ., the chairman of the House Oversight Committee, recently reviewed financial transactions by members of the Biden family that were flagged for attention. Those financial reports are routine, with larger financial transactions automatically flagged to the government, and are not evidence on their own of misconduct.

Whoops!

NO EVIDENCE!
