Happy Super Tuesday

Happy Super Tuesday
"If every single conservative, Republican, and Trump supporter in these states shows up on Super Tuesday, we will be very close to finished with this primary contest," Trump emphasized. "Republicans will then be able to focus all of our energy, time, and resources, on defeating crooked Joe Biden."

Today voters in 15 states and one territory will cast their ballots in the 2024 Presidential primaries. It is the big kahuna for the primaries nationwide. More than one third of the delegates for each party are up for grabs. On the democrat side Joe Biden is barely facing token opposition. On the Republican side, Nikki Haley is stubbornly trying to hurt Donald Trump. Heading into Super Tuesday, Trump was well more than 200 delegates ahead of Haley. Will this be the end for the "birdbrain" campaign?

Elections will be conducted in Alabama, "American Samoa," Arkansas, California, Colorado, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont and Virginia.

Yesterday The Supreme Court unanimously ruled that Donald Trump cannot be removed from the ballot, ending the left's longshot misrepresentation of the enforcement of the 14th Amendment.  Just in time for Super Tuesday.

Trump won the North Dakota Republican caucuses with 85% of the vote.

In other news:

A federal judge issued a mixed decision involving Arizona voting laws. She upheld rules requiring proof of citizenship but limited how voters can be disqualified.

Arizona’s Uber leftist governor vetoed a bill that would allow the state police to arrest undocumented immigrants.

A UN report found signs that militants sexually assaulted Israeli women during the Hamas-led Oct. 7 attack. The report also found clear evidence that hostages in Gaza had been sexually assaulted and tortured.

As an obvious insult to the Israeli Prime Minister, Vice President Kamala Harris met with Benny Gantz, a top Israeli official and opposition leader, at the White House and pushed for a deal to return hostages and pause the fighting in Gaza.

France adopted a constitutional amendment that would make abortion access a guaranteed freedom. America's leftist media is editorializing that as a response to America's Supreme Court overturing Row v Wade. What they won't be telling you is that in France there is a 14-week limitation on abortions.

The first U.S. over the counter birth control pill will soon be available in stores and online.

"rigged"?

Prove it.

The only thing rigged is the Democrat primary where the career criminal traitor currently in the White House is hiding refusing to debate; and the DNC changing their primary cycle to try and lock out Brandon's political adversaries.

Guess Brandon will eat ice cream hidden in whichever basement his wife drags him to. While the DOJ, FBI, CIA, and IRS continue to violate the Constitution and laws trying to "Get Trump at all costs".

Democrats believe the only election worth winning is one they dictate the candidates, rules, and outcome of.

S ACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Californians are set to vote Tuesday on  a statewide ballot measure  that is touted by the governor as a major step to tackle homelessness and would be the first major update to the state’s mental health system in 20 years.

Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom says Proposition 1 is needed to tackle the  state’s homelessness crisis  by boosting investments in housing and substance use programs, but social providers worry it would  threaten programs  that are keeping people from becoming homeless in the first place.

After the Federal Election Commission declined to act against Joe Biden’s 2020 campaign for the laptop-denying statement by 51 former intelligence officials, a conservative watchdog group is trying to force action.

America First Legal  sued the FEC  in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia to force the agency that polices campaign donations and spending to act.

"The FEC decided we’re not going to act on this. So, what the district court will do, our hope, is that it will order the FEC to investigate and take this seriously," Daniel Epstein, vice president of America First Legal, told Fox News Digital.

FIRST ON FOX:  Sen.  Tom Cotton , R-Ark., plans to introduce a bill on Tuesday aimed at barring car rental companies from forcing customers to rent electric vehicles without them explicitly requesting one.

The Requiring EV Notification and Transparency Act of 2024 or RENT Act, would require rental companies to only provide customers with  electric vehicles  if they request them. It would further dictate that customers have the right to terminate their contract with the companies if they are given an electric vehicle without opting in. Companies would additionally be barred from charging customers fees for terminating the contract for such reasons.

Arizona’s Uber leftist governor vetoed a bill that would allow the state police to arrest undocumented immigrants.

IMO this was a bad law to begin with. It was too close to 2013 when Arizona was sued in federal court as then Sherriff Joe was pushing the same thing. It was to close to old Nazi Germany with 'show us your papers' thrown in.

As do I. However this bill wasn't set up to only arrest someone after they had broken another law, it allowed the arresting officer to determine if the person was here illegally. But the bill didn't spell out how the arresting officer would determine that.

None of the Republicans supporting the bill explained how a police officer would know whether an individual entered the country at somewhere other than a port of entry. Arizona gov vetoes letting police make immigration arrests (tucson.com)

Very reminiscent of SB1070 that got Arizona into federal hot water a decade ago. It was also set up as an end-around for federal deportation law as this would allow the state to deport individuals. As much as I am against illegal immigration, it's quite clear that the federal government is responsible. This was an overreach by the state.

I guess you missed the boat on that. A Court just ruled that many were over charged:

WASHINGTON — A federal appeals court on Friday tossed out a portion of a Jan. 6 defendant's sentence that could affect more than a hundred other cases related to the  2021 attack on the Capitol .

The ruling by a three-judge panel in Washington, D.C., looked at a lower court's "enhanced" sentencing of a defendant over his “substantial interference with the administration of justice” on the day Congress was certifying  Joe Biden 's victory over  Donald Trump . The appeals court ruled that “‘administration of justice’ does not encompass Congress’s role in the electoral certification process.”

IMO this was a bad law to begin with.

Justice Alito has paused the Tx law until next week for further review. No matter what one's opinion on how good or bad any one Presidential Administration is handling immigration at the Southern border, the Court has consistently ruled immigration enforcement is the purview of the feds. I don't expect that to change now.

You are talking about something different than what is going on in Arizona.

It is a very unique problem for Texas. The problem is the Constitution does not go far enough. It only says that immigration shall be enforced by the federal government. We need an amendment that would subject any federal official who does not enforce immigration law to prosecution.

As the law is now, the federal government gets to say it is our job even though we won't do it.

Former Hunter Biden business partner Tony Bobulinski is suing ex-Trump aide Cassidy Hutchinson for implying he was involved in a “shady business dealing” with then-White House chief of staff Mark Meadows before the 2020 election, The Post has exclusively learned.

Attorneys for Bobulinski filed a defamation lawsuit in Georgia federal court Monday, alleging Hutchinson “chose to viciously defame” the “decorated Navy veteran” in her 2023 tell-all book about her time as Meadows’ assistant.

The suit accuses Hutchinson of lying about a meeting between Bobulinski and Meadows at a Trump campaign rally in Rome, Ga., on Nov. 1, 2020, “dishonestly portraying it to be unethical and, possibly, illegal.”

It asks for a retraction and an award of $10 million in damages for harming Bobulinski’s reputation and making him fear for his personal safety.

“In the shadows of the bleachers, I observed Mark and Tony Bobulinski’s interaction through a gap in the vehicles,” Hutchinson wrote in her book “Enough,” claiming the latter was wearing a “ski mask” to hide his identity.

“When they said their goodbyes, I saw Mark hand Tony what appeared to be a folded sheet of paper or a small envelope. Mark walked toward me, staring at the ground,” she says of the interaction, book excerpts included in the suit show.

Bobulinski had been a guest of Trump weeks earlier at his second and final debate against Joe Biden, after Bobulinski claimed the Democratic nominee had lied about involvement in his son Hunter’s overseas business.

I don't see " shady business dealing" in that description.

My guess is that some big far right money is paying Bobulinskii to file this loser lawsuit.

Bubba linsky sounds like a clown.

I read the entire New York Post article and there is nothing in there that quotes Cassidy Hutchinson or her book saying that there was a shady business deal , it quotes her saying that she saw mark meadows hand bobulinski a piece of paper.

Does anyone in their right mind think that's going to win a lawsuit ?

Did Joe Biden say 20 words in public? Or is he in hibernation, storing up energy for his State of the Union, which will require a week of recovery time?

Your problem with trying to equate Biden and Trump's incapacity (besides Trump being your gold standard for Presidential conduct) is that Trump has ten times the vigor and energy Biden does when delivering his speeches and Americans see that every time they compare the two.
